Refunds

At Guzy’s Print and Design, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the item.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process your refund.

Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

• Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The original packaging is required.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at guzys.llc@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom printed items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
